 ”Join us for a night filled with music, dance, artwork, REVOLUTION, movement building, empowerment, and much more!! This will be a night you will never forget. 

Dream Team LA and South Asians for Justice Los Angeles will be holding a Night of Power and Love: API Undocumented Cultural Show to raise $5,000 for 5-10 scholarships for API Undocumented students, provide a space for local API community member to meet each other, and provide a space for local Dream Teams or undocumented group members to meet API community members in hopes for more collaborative work and organizing. 

Motivation:
We often have conversation about increasing the visibility of the minorities in the undocumented movement like Asian Pacific Islander (API) and queer communities to make sure that the immigration debates take on a holistic approach. The Power and Love: API Undocumented Cultural Show scholarship fundraiser intentionally brings people from different cultures, sexual orientations, and religious identities together so that we can have conversations around the intersectionallity of our identities and the need for holistic movement building.”
